FAQs
Yes. Some clients start with Express and upgrade to Elite, Elite Plus or Branding once they consider how often they use the images. However some clients also choose the option that suits them best now and come back for another session as their needs change. If you decide to upgrade, please let us know before the session so we can make sure to allocate enough time for your shoot. It is good to think about in advance as our bigger sessions typically provide better value, as long as you need the additional time or hero shots.
Absolutely. We’ll provide practical tips on what photographs well and what aligns with your goals. Longer sessions allow more time to explore different looks.
Yes. We deliver files optimised for common platforms. If you need specific crops (1:1, 4:5, 16:9) or print-ready output, just let us know. If press is a key requirement, the Elite Plus and Mini Branding sessions offer options in line with this usage.
Officially, that’s a no. We always encourage you to bring your own wardrobe for a handful of reasons. We do however stock a handful of Blazers at the studio, for both men and women. We don’t have every size but if you’re normally a medium or a large, there’s a good chance we’ll have something that fits.
Yes. On-site is available for Branding and some Elite Plus options; travel/setup fees may apply. Express and Elite sessions are studio only.
