The team at Hero Shot were fantastic from beginning to end. They were super responsive to all my communications, rescheduled the session at late notice when I was sick, and were friendly and helpful. The photographer, Steve, made the actual shoot fun and relaxed - I can be quite self conscious in front of the camera so this was essential and he was a pro. In addition, the team and Steve reviewed my existing media to get a feel for the style and look I was after, and helped guide me with wardrobe choices, location, and how to stand etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Hero Shot photography to anyone wanting great photos with personality for their branding.

I had no existing relationship with HERO SHOT photography, but I thought I'd flick through an email and see if I get a response. I was very pleased when I got a phone call back later that day to discuss a potential corporate photo arrangement and Katharina was extremely helpful on the phone. BDO hired their services for a late notice shoot and Sam took the time to understand the brief as much as possible. I personally wasn’t there with Sam to guide him, but he did well. Couldn't recommend Sammer and Katharina highly enough. The booking process was simple and easy, with so much information collected prior to the shoot about what we were after, what we wanted to convey with our headshots, even things that we might be a bit self-conscious about.
