Terms and Conditions

Booking

Staff Headshot Day sessions are released monthly and made available exclusively through the booking link sent to your organisation. Bookings cannot be made, amended, or confirmed by email, phone, or in person.

Pricing and Payment

Staff Headshot Day sessions are charged at $185 per person (ex GST) and are paid in full at the time of booking.

Session Length

Each booking is for a 10 minute session. Staff Headshot Days run on a tight schedule to keep this rate viable, so session times cannot be extended on the day.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling must be made via the booking link. Requests made by email or phone cannot be actioned.

  • More than 24 hours before your session: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge via the booking link.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session: cancellations or rescheduling are charged at 50% of the session fee. As this falls outside the self-service window, we will manually remove your booking from the calendar and send you a new booking link, subject to a $50 administration fee.
  • No-shows: failure to attend your booked session without cancelling via the link is charged at 100% of the session fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your session, you may forfeit your booking. We will try to fit you into another available slot on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next Staff Headshot Day.

Retouch Selection

The email address used to make your booking is also used to select your final retouched image. You must select your image within 5 days of your shoot date. Selections made after this window fall outside our standard retouching turnaround, and your image will be delivered unretouched. Retouching after this window can be arranged for a fee of $45 (excl GST).

We do not offer express or next day retouching. Standard turnaround applies to all Staff Headshot Day sessions and cannot be guaranteed on a shorter timeframe, even if requested.

Communication

To keep Staff Headshot Days running efficiently at this rate, all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and retouch selection must be completed through the relevant link. We are unable to manage these requests by email.

Copyright

The copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer. Images are licensed to your organisation for the agreed use.
